Withdrawal for digital content

Immediate delivery of digital content

The paid offer covers the digital learning content and general market analysis specified in the offer. Personal instruction, individual coaching and personal support are not promised components.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when performance begins if you have first expressly consented to delivery before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged the resulting loss of that right, and received the required contract confirmation under section 312f BGB (section 356(6) BGB). Consent is collected separately at checkout and is not preselected. Payment or activation alone is insufficient. Statutory remedies for defects remain unaffected.

Withdrawal information until the right expires

If you consent to immediate delivery at checkout, acknowledge the loss of your right, receive the contract confirmation and we start supplying the digital content, your right of withdrawal for that content expires. There is no further 14-day right of withdrawal for that content afterwards. The information below applies only while the right has not yet validly expired.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. Notify Jan Schäfer, Kybera Trading, by an unequivocal statement to Kyberaofficial@proton.me. Postal address: c/o MDC#1660, Welserstraße 3, 87463 Dietmannsried, Germany. You may use the sample form below, but it is optional. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Free account features

The chart including private drawings, trade journal, learning progress, learning rank and personal notes are free for verified accounts independently of any purchase and remain accessible after membership ends. This does not unlock paid lesson content. These free functions are not part of the paid membership offer.
