These terms apply to Kybera membership when Jan Schäfer is identified as the contracting party in the offer. For Subscord purchases, the contracting party and order process displayed there also apply.
Services
Membership includes the general market analysis and digital learning content stated in the offer, Discord access and the dashboard. The trade journal is independently available free of charge to all users with verified accounts, including after a paid membership ends. Personal instruction, individual coaching and personal support are not promised components of the paid offer. The indicator is free and is not part of the paid offer. Separate Discord and TradingView accounts are required. No trading returns or personal investment advice are promised.
Order and payment
Before a binding order, the product, term, total price in USD including applicable taxes and other Kybera charges, and payment method must be clear. Subscord's displayed order steps apply to orders there. Send manual crypto only after written confirmation of the product, term, final total, coin, network and address. Your wallet provider may charge variable network fees separately.
Access and term
Access is activated after the payment is matched; manual payments require review. The selected plan is paid once for the agreed term and ends automatically. There is no automatic renewal or further charge. Continuing access requires another purchase. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain.
Withdrawal and statutory rights
Consumers have the rights described in the withdrawal information. Activation alone is not a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights. Statutory remedies remain unaffected.
Applicable law
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence.
Free account features
The chart including private drawings, trade journal, learning progress, learning rank and personal notes are free for verified accounts independently of any purchase and remain accessible after membership ends. This does not unlock paid lesson content. These free functions are not part of the paid membership offer.
